By accessing or using JusAGameStream.fyi ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Nature of the Service

JusAGameStream is a flight simulation streaming community website. All flights, routes, callsigns, and aviation content shown on this Site are entirely fictional simulations conducted within Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and related software. Nothing on this Site represents real-world aviation operations, actual airline schedules, or real aircraft movements.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• One account per person is permitted
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Site

Group Flights

• Group flight signups are for simulation purposes only
• Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify group flights at any time
• No real-world aviation activity is implied or intended

Live Flight Tracker

• The Live Map shows simulated flight data from Microsoft Flight Simulator only
• Data is provided for entertainment purposes and has no relation to real-world air traffic
• Do not use this data for real-world aviation planning or navigation

Intellectual Property

• All original content on this Site including design, text, and graphics is owned by JusAGameStream
• Microsoft Flight Simulator, Fenix A320, FSLabs A321, VATSIM and other referenced products are trademarks of their respective owners
• JusAGameStream is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real airline, airport, or aviation authority

Privacy

• We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (email, display name)
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Authentication is handled securely via encrypted cookies and optional Google OAuth
• You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of simulation data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

JusAGameStream and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
